Will the light hurt my eyes?

Absolutely not. This light system has been tested for years and the exposure of the light is so minimal. In fact, the wattage is so small, you are exposed to more UV while going on a walk compared to your lash appointment.

Does this affect my retention?

Yes! In all the best ways. Curing the adhesive with LED UV light results in a stronger bond between the natural lash and the extension, leading to longer retention and fewer touch-ups. UV light initiates the curing process at a molecular level, ensuring the adhesive hardens evenly throughout rather than just on the surface which in return helps lengthen your retention if lashes are still properly maintained in between appointments.
